Case Information. Grievance data you enter is stored in an encrypted database associated with your account.
Cookies. We use cookies/localStorage for session management only.
Subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Security. Passwords are hashed. All API requests are authenticated. Case access is restricted to owners and users explicitly shared with.
Deletion. You may request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.
